Fixing What We Never Talked About

About the book

Some wounds don’t have names. But they have weight.

Fixing What We Never Talked About is a raw, honest guide for anyone healing from emotional trauma, breaking generational cycles, or reclaiming their voice after years of silence, shame, or just trying to survive.

This isn’t a textbook. It’s a lifeline, written from the mud, not the mountaintop.

You’ll recognize yourself in these pages if you’ve ever:

\• Carried the emotional weight of a toxic family dynamic long after you left.

\• Been told to “just get over it” instead of being truly heard.

\• Caught yourself people-pleasing, self-sabotaging, or feeling nothing at all.

\• Felt trapped in cycles you never chose and didn’t know how to name.

\• Wanted to heal your inner child but had no idea where to begin.

Inside, you’ll find:

\• Honest conversations about trauma, anxiety, self-worth, and what real healing actually looks like.

\• The Reflection Lab: Stories and journaling prompts to help you identify what hurt you and take your first steps forward.

\• A Compassionate Roadmap for rebuilding your sense of self after emotional setbacks.

\• The Permission Slip: Practical guidance to stop abandoning yourself and start showing up.

\• The Complete Mud Toolkit: Packed with scripts, grounding exercises, checklists, and mental health resources you can use today.

Whether you’re just beginning to face what happened or you’ve been quietly healing alone for years, this book meets you where you are.

You are not broken. You are becoming.

Healing isn’t about reaching perfection. It’s about finding your way back to yourself.

Again. And again. And again.
